1. Mystery Shopping Nature
Due to the random nature of our mystery shopping service, we cannot accept returns based on product preference or dissatisfaction with the random selection.
2. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
4. Quality Guarantee
While the item you receive is random, we guarantee that all products meet our quality standards and have a retail value equal to or greater than your purchase price.
